DRY NEEDLING

Dry needling is a technique  is used to treat pain and movement issues associated with myofascial trigger points. Trigger points are knotted, tender areas that develop in your muscles.

During dry needling, a provider inserts thin, monofilament  needles through your skin to treat underlying myofascial trigger points. The needles stimulate your muscles, which causes them to contract or twitch. This can help to decrease tightness, increase blood flow, and reduce local and referred pain.

Dry needling is a safe, minimally painful, and often very effective technique for people with certain musculoskeletal conditions. Many people have found the treatment to be a game-changer in improving their quality of life

Our skilled practitioners utilize this innovative technique to relieve pain and enhance mobility.  Experience the benefits of dry needling and take the first step towards a pain-free today!
